Bug report:
This pdf causes PdfLrf 0.99 (win) to exit spontaneously at 93%, leaving a zero-byte LRF file behind: http://www.math.ku.dk/noter/filer/CB/koman-07.pdf
I have noticed this before (but I can't remember with which files)
