If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I checked out some of the information available about "Vincent Liou" courtesy of Google, and it does sound like there might be some "issues" with his email service.
Personally, I wouldn't trust my email to any new service that comes out of the blue and isn't established as a reputable business. I'm particularly suspect of ones with obvious typos and grammatical errors on their front page.
