Maybe I'm the dumb one. I couldn't get the book to delete until I touched the mark in the center of my screen -- or at least that is what I thought. Have I been misleading myself into thinking the icon in the middle of the screen is touchscreen? (I don't have my Reader with me or I'd check it out again, but heck -- if I've embarassed myself a little, I might as well go for the whole shebang
