I'm only 35 if so I am in serious trouble if so! I was diagnose with Pernicious Anemia which basically means low B12. I take monthly shots. This has alot to do with the brain on top of my Dyslexia. Sometimes I will just forget something I just did. My short term memory can really be an issue on some days. The shots really do help keep me sane. Low B12 long term can cause brain damage.
I also have Iron Deficiency Anemia which means I am not getting enough oxygen to my cells. So sometimes I feel like my brain has taken a vacation.
