That shouldn't matter. You might want to change it, just to raise false hope.
Are the files showing up in the folder? Maybe the program is having trouble finding them. Maybe there's a problem converting the temp files to permanent files.
I had a problem with an iTunes podcast. It would download, start to process, and disappear without an error message. I figured out that there was an error in the original file.
