Yes, you can drag and drop it into the Kindle via a PC/Mac and USB cable. This method will not place it in the Cloud though. The Cloud might not be important to you, but if it is use the email instructions. Also use the email instructions if the other Kindle is located somewhere else. For example she is at work and you are at home and she wants the book before she comes home. As long as she has WiFi and/or 3G connection she will receive it.
