You know, I believe most Air France flights to Australia are practically direct from Charles de Gaulle, certainly close to a straight line (aside from the earth's curvature), with only a tiny stop in Kuala Lumpur or similar. What's stopping you (well, aside from any necessity and the 25 hours of air travel )?
