This article is quite humors regardless of the outcome. I suspect Apple's iPhone 5 is going to look much different that that GooPhone i5 (Gi5). Which will make the Gi5 an original product and not a knock off. If the iPhone 5 looks like the Gi5 phone... well I wonder if Apple will take legal action.

I think your confusing the terms/products. Mainstream implies a majority, you probably read/heard Apple products (Macs, iphones, iPods, etc...) are mainstream, however the iPhone is far from it.
