I tried to update the firmware yesterday, but a part of Norton Security Suite called SONAR stopped the installation because it "detected suspicious activity from the program 'reader updater.exe'." Norton's Security history says, "Activity: Threat actions performed: 3". This is the first time Norton or any other anti-virus program has prevented me from installing something.

Now I'm uncertain what to do. I have asked about this on the Norton forums, but not received any replies. Is the program really a threat? Do any of you have to disable your anti-virus program to install it?
