Calibre v0.8.67. When I attempt to send a book to device the error Cannot send:No device is connected displays. Sent To Device is shown on banner bar as well as Device. Device will display books in main memory and Kindle appears in "My Computer". I have re booted my device and computer but the error continues.

Any help would be appreciated.
