Yes, the MR Library (see the button E-Books near the top of the page) is a big collection. However, you don't have to return a book as you would with a normal library - you download the book and it's yours to keep.
Also, there may be a book you want that isn't in E-Pub format. No problem there with calibre, which can turn a book in one format into another very easily.
