Do something right and the customer will tell three people. Mess up and the customer will tell 3,000! It's just the way things go. Between 10% and 15% of the displays are breaking - depending upon how people are handling them - and this appears to be common across the brands. Of *course* those with broken displays are going to complain. I did!
