My little darling, oh how, I love you
How I love you, none can tell
In your heart you love another
Little darling pal of mine

In the night, while you lay sleeping
Dreaming of your amber skies
Was a poor boy broken hearted Listening to the winds that sigh

My little darling, oh how, I love you
How I love you, none can tell
In your heart you love another
Little darling pal of mine

Good morning, everyone! The color of my tea this morning is a bright reddish brown, the color of good Assam tea from the East India Company. A little rice and a couple of olives for breakfast, and then it's off the greet the day. I've been walking several hours every day, doing my shopping on foot rather than on my bike, and ya know... it feels good to get some exercise every once in a while.

Today I'm off to the Voodoo section of town for a doll and some long pins (actually, I'm going to use plastic clothes pins... I really don't want to do real damage...) for "you know who...."

But on the other hand, let me reassure "you know who" that Lucas will do just fine in Day Care. He'll have lots of new friends around him, oodles of new stimulants, and constant attention. He will learn so much so quickly you will be astounded! It's YOU that needs the extra hugs right about now, so be sure your husband is available. "Post-partum" is more than just 'delivery.' There are stages to it that last for the next 40 years as he grows into the man you helped shape. You gave him the undivided attention and nurturing that a newborn needs to get a solid start in life. Now he's off on his next adventure... the world! Don't worry. You'll get through it. Most Moms do.
