There are not that many kids in his room and there are five teachers. He has his own crib. They have bouncy seats, exersaucers, and padded areas for the kids to lay on and play. He will do great there, I know, but still.

That does sound like a good place where Lucas will be well-cared for while you are not there; but so hard to leave him, I know. I cried the first time I left my son with someone.
Is there a way you can have pictures or mini vids sent to you, during the day, by the teacher? If not, maybe leave a cheap camera in the diaper bag for them to use daily to take photos during the day for you?
