I'm Australian, but I always just convert internally. So when you say Fall books, I just think Spring books and go from there. No need to complain.

There's a few books that appear interesting to me, but I have enormous patience these days - mainly because I know from experience how long it's actually going to take me to get to any of these books.

However, I did stumble across two that I could imagine purchasing on impulse despite all of that:

The Hydrogen Sonata by Iain M Banks
Children of the Night by Dan Simmons
