But, I did remember how to do it in calibre. There are two options to look at.

- On the "Look & Feel" page, click "Filter Style Information". And then select "Margins". This will remove any margins that are in the source book.
- On "Page Setup", set all the margins to "No margin" (that is one less than zero). This will prevent page margins being set in the output.
I can't set mine to less than zero.
