Refurbished from Barnes and Noble eBay store:

Nook Simple Touch: $60
Nook Tablet, 16 GB: $140

Get them together for $170 by first going to the Simple Touch listing and then check the combination offer that gives you a $30 discount on the Tablet.
(Doing it the other way, getting the Tablet and then the Simple Touch will only give you a $15 discount)
