i bought some dried galangal the other day, since you've intrigued me so. it's in a ramekin in the kitchen until i figure out what to do with it.
oh, and you're right, i hate helmet hair.
however i am forced to put up with tiger hat hair for most of the winter. except when i wear my other cat bonnet.
