How do you figure who gets what? Great question...don't know the answer. I noticed that the timeframe for compensation goes all the way back to the beginning of the Agency, from April 1, 2010 to May 21, 2012. It would only be for titles from the settling publishers, of course. Perhaps MacMillan and Penguin will have to cough up a larger percentage at a later date.
