Mmmm.... dosas. Unfortunately, the nearest restaurant to me that makes them is about an hour away, and I think they only make dosas on the weekends. We seem to have mostly Northern Indian restaurants around here. Which is ok, but it makes it hard to get dosas, uttapam, etc. I haven't gotten around to making dosas at home for some reason. But we had a vegetable curry on basmati rice last night for dinner. Yum!
I don't know what this business of "sweet" cornbread is about. No one I know here in New England puts sugar in cornbread.
