At least on the books I've looked at, Books on Board's "normal" prices are within a few cents of Kobo's. Right now, Books on Board has all non-agency books on sale for 30% off (plus they're offering double rewards dollars, for an effective 43% off). The banner says this week, but it's been running for a couple of weeks now. Not sure how long it will last.
