Yes a noticeable improvement although I've only tested on one book and then only turned a couple of pages forward and back but it is faster.

A big improvement but the time the clock stays on screen before changing to % read needs to be longer or be a user setting. If I wasn't looking for it I probably wouldn't have noticed it, it reverts so quickly.

I suspect the positioning might be because the search and settings buttons were close together so it was easy to hit the wrong one. I had also downgraded to 1.9.17, but this fixes all the reasons I had for downgrading, and I am quite chuffed to be honest.
Other notes:
- Sideloaded fonts still look like crap.
- Home Screen:
* Get rid of the READING title above the carousel as it's kind of redundant.
* Move Discovery to the Find Books menu.
* Move Wishlist to Find Books Menu
* Perferably I'd like to see all three disappear into a menu choice and have the Library moved back above the Carousel with those three menus only showing if you have the settings set to show Discover books menu = yes

Personally I STILL like the old 1.9.17 home screen, I just find it less cluttered then the current incarnation, even with the Shortlist on the bottom of the screen.

Going camping for the week, may have more to say afterward as I will be testing the new firmware out over the week rather than reverting back to 1.9.17 since nothing jumps out at me as being unable to tolerate like 2.0 did.
