Depending on your distribution, the *.exe will open in the archive manager. Which also gives you access to the RAM kernels.

My package manager is giving me errors about wine and broken dependencies.......
The archive manager gives me an error about the exe....
I already tried both of these.... Probably should have mentioned that.
