On my 5" Samsung, I keep loaded:

Kindle
Cool Reader
fbreader
Moon+
Mantano

In roughly that order of precedence. Cool Reader is nicer to read on than fbreader, but for multiformat work, fbreader is better. Moon+ and Mantano are nice, but I don't use them that much.
