I don't have this option either. I have a never-rooted T1 with 1.0.04.12210. My Homescreen only shows "Recently Added" and General Settings offers 4 options: Page Turn Preference, Menu Language, Keyboard, Country/Region.
My friend with the T2 says her T2 is the same, except under General Settings she has a 5th option: something about Sony Store notifications.
What's going on?
