Both have the same button layout, a led light on the top right and offer great features like backlit triton display or very responsive digitizer on a high dpi screen.
Also is it just me or does the Eink logo printed on them look suspiciously like the Kindle one?
Alternatively I wouldn't mind seeing the new Epson drivers in a Kindle, as seen in the first video at 11:55.

Either way I hope we will see these devices released very soon
