I have just re-registered another Kindle 4 NT to my account and successfully downloaded 2 ebooks, in addition to the 6 ebooks that were previously on this Kindle. Since this action, ALL books now do a chapter change instead of a page change when the large toggle is activated. Have done a system restart with no effect. Can anyone help with this problem ? Many thanks.
Problem solved - turns out to be operator error - was pressing L and R keys of 5 way controller and getting confused.
