Brilliant, funny, moving, and it includes the World Fantasy Award winning novel, Bridge of Birds.

And for fans of weird fiction, I also highly recommend both Grimscribe and Noctuary by Thomas Ligotti. I didn't even realize these were available as ebooks. Ligotti is, in my humble opinion, the best writer in horror. His stories are eerie, dark, ambient fever dreams. Both books are easily worth the purchase at thrice the price, especially if you prefer your horror to more evocative than blood and guts.

Anyway, just a few recommendations, and a special thanks, NightBird, for the great info. I would have given you karma, but the board won't let me yet.
Thanks for posting. I have to check this out. I've seen it recommended elsewhere, also, but I have never read this author.

LOL - I bought both of the Ligotti books, too. I already have Teatro Grottesco.
