Giving specific instructions or technical details (or links to such information) that could be used for theft of IP is prohibited. Just talking about the legality and morality of it is not forbidden (especially in a thread that is devoted to DRM such as this one).
I am not aware of any limit on the quantity of words or on the quantity of posts on this subject being imposed by the forum rules.
