If you don't have the privillige of living in the US, but still enjoy shopping at their exalted online malls, I'm sure you've encountered the odd product that isn't available for your area (and I'm not talking guns or night vision goggles) so then you have the opportunity to establish a virtual US address with one of those companies that will receive your goods and then ship them on to you. I'm sure this is also a service used by US expatriates.

I just signed up with myus.com in order to purchase a Kindle 4 NT SO with a lighted cover.

So, I was wondering what other services are there? How are they in comparison? How much control over shipments do you have? What are their surcharges? Are you happy with them? If not, what exactly are they lacking?
