Ahh - The LCB of Ontario brings in a sampler pack every Christmas of the "Historic Ales of Scotland" from Heather Ale Ltd. I quite like the Alba (pine and spruce flavoured ale) and Fraoch (heather ale); both are based on malted barley, of course.

At least I hope it's still every Christmas!
