Heaven's just a sin away oh oh just a sin away
I can't wait another day I think I'm giving in
How I love to hold you tight oh oh be with you tonight
That still won't make it right cause I belong to him
Oh way down deep inside I know that it's all wrong
Your eyes keep tempting me and I never was that strong
Devil's got me now oh oh gone and got me now
I can't find him anyhow I'm think he's gonna win
Heaven's just a sin away oh oh just a sin away
Heaven help me when I say I think I'm giving in

Good morning, everyone! 14 years today! At 6am, Aug 21, 1998, standing outside the doors to the Miami International Airport, I drank a cup of tea and smoked my last cigarette.
Fourteen years, 3 hours, 7 minutes and 32 seconds.
153423 cigarettes not smoked,
saving $38,355.89.
If I were a 'saving' man I'd have a nice pile of change to spend for something. As it is, I've spent it time and time again, each year giving myself another present on this anniversary day. Today I'm drinking the last of my East India Company's "Royal Breakfast" tea so I'm going to ride into Kyoto today and re-stock my Tea Shelf as my anniversary present. I'm almost out of all of my East India Company teas, just a wee bit of Yorkshire tea left, and only half a tin of my unbranded Keemun, so I'm gonna buy them all!

Trying to figure out how to get Lucas to stay asleep in his crib. He is fine during the night but during the day wakes up from his nap 5 minutes after I put his into his crib sound asleep.

We bought this 'device' (
looked a bit like this one) that had a wind-up motor and a large cradle that would rock for about an hour. The minute it started my son would fall asleep, and stay asleep as long as it continued to rock. If it stopped, he'd wake up and want to play. At times it was a God-send...
