If you look at pages 70 and 172 in the PRST2 Manual pdf linked a few pages ago you will see page 70 lists one of the keyboard chars as switching between QWERTY and Cyrillic char input. Page 172 shows an Oxford Russian Dictionary (EN-RU). You can clearly see Cyrillic chars in the dictionary definition.
Of course it may be that models in different countries will have different capabilities ... or even the pdf is just plain wrong.
