Hello - Help!!!
Not sure if this is the right place to ask this question - but here goes.
My Kindle Keyboard WiFi has a totally corrupted screen. It's impossible to navigate as nothing is clear.
I have tried all of the suggestions on Amazon's help pages. Have rang their help desk twice. On one occasion I was nearly able to understand the lady. Both employees seem to this the Kindle is DEAD.
Are they are any suggestions please?
