I was hoping someone would weigh in with some recommendations. In case you don't know, Amish-themed romances frequently show up for free from Christian publishers, but usually just for a day or two. I religiously (pun!) download the freebies, but I have yet to read a single one. Beverly Lewis, Amy Clipston, Vannetta Chapman, and Suzanne Woods Fisher are some authors of Amish romances.

There are two mystery series set among the Amish that I've been meaning to read, one by P.L. Gaus and another by Linda Castillo. And a friend has highly recommended Jodi Picoult's Plain Truth .
