oh, i completely agree, absolutely. i just meant that 2 weeks isn't "reasonably far ahead" for a lot of people. i don't think we need 6 months notice for something this informal though, you're right. and don't forget, you can always have another one, in six months ! (which gives you 5 months to slack off, before you start planning it.)
