Oh, I totally agree, I'm lucky with the fact that I have a "relatively" flexible schedule (if g/f lets me). The thing is that you're NEVER going to be able to accommodate everyone's schedules no matter how far in advance you put it. The trick is to set a place, and set up a time that is reasonably far ahead that people will be able fit it into their schedules.
