Ah well... How about Sunday afternoon, November 2, in Atlanta? I'll be working in Atlanta the week of 3-6 and then going to Auburn on Thursday evening for the annual Homecoming visit.

well then that gives you a month to *think* about planning it, before you actually have to start. honestly, the only reason i say you should give people a lot of notice, is that some people are *really* *busy*, and if you don't give them 2 months' warning, their calendar is already full.
