As long as you don't sign up for a Baen account with an email address, you can continue to reuse it. For example:

email1@domain.com is used to sign up on baenebooks.com or the online game.
email2@domain.com is the one you give people to send the coupon codes to.
email3@domain.com is a spare in case you're at the end of the chain and need an address to send yourself a code to hang onto until the next person comes along.

You shouldn't need any more than those 3 and the first is probably going to be your main email address unless you use a different account for each service you sign up for.
