I have had issues on my Android phone where I had the preview, bought the full version, updated the phone, then when I went to use the book on my phone it told me I didn't have the full version. I hardly read on my phone so not sure how long this has been going on.
One thing I also noticed today was that my percent complete stays at 1% when I shut off the Kobo Touch. Not the end of the world but annoying none-the-less.
I emailed Kobo support but have yet to hear back from them.
