I don't know how old the version I read on my device was. I bought it in December - the first book I bought for the Kobo Touch, in fact - but only read it last week. I have no idea if the file would ever have been updated.

I downloaded all my KEPUBs as ADE EPUBs recently because of the firmware 2.0 problems, in case I decided to revert.

I think the publisher might now have accepted that the fixed version isn't on the Kobo store. (Or worse, that this was the fixed version, in which case it must have been spectacularly bad originally.)
