Tell that to my cousin who lost his 6 month old son when an asshole who been arrested and convicted three prior times for drunk driving hit his car.

Obesity is a different type of problem. We pay a ton for medical care due to obesity.

Both are serious but the only way McDonalds kills my 6 month old cousin is if someone is too busy eating to pay attention to what they are doing driving. A drunk person behind the wheel is far more dangerous.
