I found keeping a food journal helped me lose weight. And substituting fruit and veggies for snacks. When I craved salt, the bane of my existence, I ate a snack pack of gold fish crackers or some nuts. This helped me drop 30 pounds before I got married and only gain 30 pounds while pregnant.
I am. Hoping that breast feeding and exercise will help me drop 10-15 pounds. I can't afford to diet while breast feeding and find that diets just suck.
So I a very bummed. My work is being relocated while I am on maternity leave. This could mean Lucas's time in day care goes from 6 hours to 10. I just found out. It was a rough night with a very emotional mommy. Depriving herself and hubby of sleep. I am starting a job search today. I like our daycare but I don't want my baby boy there for that long. If need be, we will have today for parking and I will have to get up an hour earlier so to keep it to 7 hours of day care.
