And those who really want either there are easy ways to get them. For Amazon items I actually prefer to use a transshipping company, even when Amazon offers to ship directly. The transshippers' international shipping charges are lower and Amazon now has started to collect "import tax+VAT+custom service fees" in advance. (Due to the low value of the shipments there local customs never collects import tax and VAT, anyway).
