Thank you. I think.

Unfortunately I can't seem to get it to work in 2.2.1 Premium. If the illustration is too large for the screen size the image is cropped. If it's too tall, only the top part of the image is displayed. If it's too wide the sides are cropped. This is in portrait mode.

I was expecting some way of resizing the image. Tapping on the image does bring up a smaller version, but this is cropped even more than the full-size image. It's equivalent to the image size when the menu is being displayed, but taking up only about a quarter of the screen.

Tap and hold and a magnifying glass is displayed, but you still can't move it outside the part of the image displayed on the screen.

Even worse, if you read in landscape mode the diagram covers the left-hand half of the text on the right side of the screen. So the text becomes unreadable.

The book I'm using to check this out is A History of the World in 100 Objects by Neil MacGregor, published by Allen Lane/Penguin. Using a Toshiba AT100 tablet, Android 3.1.

I can provide photos of the display using Mantano and using the Kobo Reader, which resizes the images so the fit the display, if this would be of any assistance.
