Haven't run it through Lulu yet.
I'm using Word 2007, save as filtered web page and then convert in calibre.
It must be picking up page number from the Word doc. Word isn't exactly clever about web documents of any sort.
So if you WANT page numbers in a caliber ePub you're out of luck?
