Port 21 is the command channel for ftp.

View your etc/services file (both Linux and Windows have one).
In Linux its /etc/services, in Windows its buried deep in the system file tree - same directory where they keep the etc/hosts file.

?drivers/config? that seems familar = you will just have to search for it on Windows unless someone here recalls its full path right off hand.
