I agree, congratulations (and chocolate) are in order (Patricia, Dynamite Express should be delivering your MR-jetpack and MR-chocolate today - both have iris recognition built into the packaging, so nobody should be able to get their hands on them before you).

However, I don't think it would be remiss to say that the congratulations (at your worth as a moderator being recognised, and for the honest and just pride at wishing to help maintain, steer and promote this wonderful community) should also be tempered with acknowledgement that moderation can, sometimes, also be a thankless task, having to deal with the spamming dregs of the interwebs; the ego-laden rants of paranoia and insecurity at perceived injustices [irony alert!]; or sociopathic deconstruction by careless cynics crawled out from under their bridges. Plus, the eye of the community is always upon you, and often judging your opinions through your "badge".

Moderation isn't easy; it can be quite painful at times (though it is very rewarding in the long term). So, while we're saying congratulations to Queen Zee, I'd also offer her and her co-empowered a ...

...thank-you. You are always appreciated, even when you're not always appreciated.

Cheers,
Marc
