Online gambling will be legal in the state of New Jersey soon. It passed the legislative committees and needs final vote. They are fine tuning the details.
It would only be available for NJ residents and operated by a casino located in Atlantic City. Poker, slots and casino games will be permitted. No sports betting as that needs separate bill through state congress.
Nevada legalized online gambling and it's due to start this November. I don't know any further details.
