So I am back to my pre-pregnancy weight. Having followed the Drs orders, every thing is healing well and I can finally go back to the gym. Yes!! I want to use the breast feeding to help get me down ten pounds. I know I can't diet but returning to a regular exercise routine after four months off should help me lose the weight. And I can work on getting rid of the now flabby abs.
